You get that effect when cpu is struggling but it's not, cpu utilization is too low, and you can still hear original signal which doesnt look like it's stuttering just filled up with noise. The interface provides a compact, two-channel solution that allows you to record up to bit, 48 kHz audio using any software. My software I have Ableton Live and Cubase works flawlessly with this and there is very little latency and I haven't tried tweaking it.

Is the Alesis iO2 Express bit USB Audio Interface compatible with windows 10?

My software I have Ableton Live and Cubase works flawlessly with this and there is very little latency and I haven't tried tweaking it. Both the audio and midi signals work great and the internal preamp is more than adequate for me.

In both recording and playback of otherwise clean earlier recordingsthe sound is just noisy.

If you do have any issues with connecting the iO2 Express to your computer, we do have an ASIO driver on our website that can aslo this for you. First day I am randomly getting full noise in the signal being recorded. Have sent an email to their UK support, but haven't heard anything back Get Satisfaction uses Javascript and alesia.
