Administrator account is disabled by default in Vista, so I went to Local Users and Group and enabled. After updating motherboard drivers everything worked fine.

Biometric software i have an AuthenTec AES and when i updated to windows 7, i hade to uninstall the current fingerprint login software that worked fine.
